- To provide the users in the organisation with the correct logical access capability in line with their job role.
- To configure key infrastructure components on an operational level.
Experience
Min:
- 2+ years’ experience in general administration
Ideal:
- 2+ years’ experience in end user access administration
Qualifications (Minimum)
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)
- A relevant qualification in Information Technology
Knowledge
Min:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- A general understanding of IT systems and infrastructure
Ideal:
- A general understanding of the retail banking industry
- Proficiency in User Access administration
Skills
- Communications Skills
- Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
- Attention to Detail
- Interpersonal & Relationship management Skills
