REQUIREMENTS : Grade twelve or equivalent qualification. No expertise needed. Knowledge:
Asset Management, Risk Management, Relevant Labour policies, procedures
and processes, client Service (Batho Pele Principles), Stakeholders and
customer, data and understanding of offer Chain Management
Procedures, PFMA, National Treasury rules. Skills: Verbal and written
communication, laptop accomplishment, knowledge and record Management, Problem
solving.


DUTIES : Verify assets and record them within the SEE assets register. Record all IT assets
in the SEE assets register. Execute the disposal of assets in line with the SEE
policies and procedures. chargeable for acquisition of assets in SEE. Monitor
the operational performance and maintenance of assets in SEE.

The employee apparently was hired after being promoted due mostly solely because of his or herself; no one has ever suggested he’s not qualified but would actually be helpful! Perhaps if everyone had said yes then things might’ve improved?
