Responsibilities may include:
Answering phones Client and supplier liaison for queries via e-mail and telephone
Generating and capturing invoices
Recording employee leave and timesheets
Recon of supplier statements monthly Stock control Receiving visitors Co-ordination,
packing and dispatch of orders Liaison with couriers
Processing of online orders Filing Ensuring the office is clean, neat and tidy
Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in a similar position is preferable Matric Fluent in English Excellent communications skills

Junior receptionists work within the division as a part of other senior staff in order to be able and comfortable doing their job. They make sure everyone receives all required paperwork, makes deliveries when asked by customers, etc., they are on the lookout for any problems or issues with items being delivered around campus through phone/email that would affect our department’s safety during delivery (usually something we can fix before it gets into someone else hands).
This is primarily due mostly towards my team members who need more help handling packages from employees while I am away which could impact either individual item handlers’ ability working out delays properly so others may get home safely quicker
