The National Department of Health has an open position for a Personal Assistant III which deals with hospitals, tertiary health services and human resource development. There are requirements for a Personal Assistant III that have to do with the office of the ddg national diploma in office administration, public administration/management, business administration and management.

The Bachelor’s degree will give it an advantage. At least five years’ experience in rendering a secretarial service to senior management is required. Knowledge on the legislation in the public service, especially prescripts and procedures. Knowledge and experience in executing personal assistant duties, general office and provisioned administration, as well as Microsoft package.

Good politeness, organisational and people skills, reliability, planning skills, language and communication, presentation, and basic knowledge on financial administration skills are some of the things that are included in this list. Able to act with tact and discretion, research, and analyse documents and situations. It’s possible to be willing to work long and irregular hours. A driver’s licence is valid.
