Grain Field Chickens is looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team in the abattoir. The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks such as maintaining cleanliness in the department, packing, hanging, pushing and lifting. Requirements

The ideal candidate will have at least a high school diploma or equivalent, and be in good physical condition for a position that involves some manual labor and standing for extended periods. They should also be willing to work overtime as needed, which may include weekends and holidays.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Your duties as a cleaner at the Gyros manufacturing plant will include sweeping walkways and gathering litter, cleaning products, removing and washing off debris using pressurized cleaning systems, moving crates and other items to designated areas, and ensuring all work is carried out according to company safety and quality standards.

You will also be responsible for taking care of your protective clothing (PPE) and keeping work areas clean and tidy. In addition to your normal duties, you may be asked to perform other tasks as requested by your line manager.

Skills Required:

The company is looking for someone with an understanding of production procedures and knowledge of health and safety procedures.
