PEP PART-TIME SALES ASSISTANT

Requirements: To work at our company, you need to be a high school graduate with some experience in sales or cashier work. You must also be fluent in English and have good computer skills. Retail experience is a must, as you will be providing our customers with an exceptional shopping experience. Finally, you must be able to handle pressure and work efficiently under busy conditions.

Responsibilities: The Salesperson is responsible for increasing sales by providing excellent customer service and maintaining store standards. They must also minimize stock loss through a healthy store culture and following security measures.

Additionally, they must manage the store according to the company’s low-cost culture, driving efficiencies wherever possible. Finally, they are responsible for handling cash and ensuring general health, safety and housekeeping standards are met.

PURPOSE OF POSITION: To be a friendly team player, promoting sales, reducing stock losses, managing stock, serving customers, working on the till, and maintaining a low-cost culture in order to meet business goals.
