REQUIREMENTS : A secretarial diploma or equal qualification. At least three years of
experience rendering aid to senior management. Knowledge of relevant
departmental insurance policies and protocols, Treasury Regulations, the Public Finance
Management Act and the Public Service Act. Good pc abilities (MS Word,
Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and use of the Internet).

Good communication skills. Strong negotiation skills. Project management, match coordination,
general workplace administration, report and file management, and organising
skills. Client targeted and consequences oriented. Diplomatic and proactive, with
excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work with and in groups and to multitask. Ability to act with tact and discretion.
DUTIES : Provide secretarial support, workplace administration and assembly coordination.
Provide logistical and finances support. Coordinate events. Manage documents
and maintain records.
