High housekeeping standards must also be maintained at all times, and efficiencies must be noted. Planned maintenance of assigned assets, administration and record control, SOP’s, hygiene, and housekeeping must be continuously monitored, as well as food safety and health & safety protocols.

Qualification requirements for this position include a Grade 12 or equivalent, and related production experience is advantageous. The General Worker Bread Packer must be able to work rotational shifts, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays as per shift roster, including night shifts. They must also be able to work in hot manufacturing conditions.
