This position offers a salary level of 05, with a range of R216 417 – R254 928 per annum, exclusive of benefits. As a Grants Administrator, the incumbent will be responsible for answering incoming calls, determining the purpose of calls and forwarding them to the appropriate personnel or department. They will also take and deliver messages or transfer calls to voicemail when the appropriate personnel are unavailable. Additionally, they will be required to answer questions about the organization and provide callers with address, directions, and other relevant information.
