Social grant recipients are advised to go to their nearest SASSA office for all social grant-related services. Clients can call our customer care department on 0800 60 10 11 for enquiries relating to their grant.

Clients are also advised to check SASSA’s official social media pages for any information relating to outreach activations that will be held in their area. At these activations SASSA will assist clients with social grant related enquiries including Child Support Grant, COVID-19 SRD, Foster Care Grants, among others.
